With the formation of the Community Health and Care Partnership (CHCP) in 2010, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGG&C) and West Dunbartonshire Council (WDC) joined forces to continue this tradition by bringing community based health and social care services closer together wherever possible and working in partnership to deliver more accessible integrated and high quality services which are jointly planned and community focused.
The CHCP manages a substantial range of NHS and Council Services also working closely with voluntary organisations to provide a wide range of community services.
